‘Biryani Rice’ is a traditionally spicy dish of Middle Eastern and sub continent flavours and includes cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and chilli. Warm and sumptuous, Alexandra's Biryani Rice makes a delicious meal for four people as a side dish or for two as a main.

Just add to a pot of water, simmer, rest, and serve. Ready in 15 minutes. Serves 4.
