Trading / Order Processing Hours
Orders are processed Monday – Saturday in the sequence they are received, as detailed below:.
Monday - Saturday until 2pm. Orders received after 2pm are processed the following trading day.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated automatically based on the gross weight of products purchased. - We cannot deliver Overnight to non-urban addresses (check your address here). - No deliveries on public holidays. - All fees include handling and GST. - Perishables will be shipped at the purchasers own risk. - Overnight Delivery is NOT guaranteed.
A Note on Shipping Costs:
Please note that the shipping total shown at checkout is an estimate. When you place your order, a temporary authorisation for this estimated amount will be placed on your card.
However, we personally review every order to find the most cost-effective shipping method available. You will only be charged the actual shipping cost once it is calculated. While not guaranteed, the final charge is frequently lower than the initial estimate.
An Order submitted by you before 1:00 pm on Anzac Day or at any time on Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day will be processed from 1:05pm on Anzac Day, or on the day following Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day (as the case may be).
Product Availability
We will do what we reasonably can to fulfil orders placed via our website. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable at time of picking, the product(s) will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for them.
