Magokoro carefully selects and roasts chicory roots to create this harmonious, full-bodied blend. Brew it just like coffee, but because chicory dissolves so readily, you only need about half the amount.

How to Brew

• French press: add 1 tablespoon per cup (240ml) of hot water, steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then press slowly
• Drip filter: use half a tablespoon per cup. If it's too strong, mix it 50/50 with your usual coffee grounds
• Espresso machine: pack the portafilter lightly, as a firm tamp can slow or block the water flow
