How to Use It
Grate over pasta dishes, baked potatoes, or nachos for a rich, cheesy finish. Slice into burgers or toasted sandwiches for a firm, melty layer. Add to a cheeseboard alongside crackers, pickles, and chutney. Also great cubed into salads or melted into a plantbased mac and cheese sauce.

Soy milk, tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, miso, vinegar, coconut oil, mustard, onion, annatto, kappa carrageenan, salt.
