He eats this very Super Grain - an impressive mix of superfood quinoa colours. A slightly chewy blend of Plantbased goodness, it’s naturally nourishing with protein and dietary fibre. It’ll have you feeling pretty super too. To cook: Rinse under running water. In a pot, put in a cup of Super Grain Mix with two cups of water or stock, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 20-25 minutes.
