How to Prepare
Place the mix in a pot with 3 cups of water. Cover and bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the lentils are tender. Serve over rice, quinoa, or Alexandra's pearl couscous, and finish with a dollop of your favourite plantbased yoghurt.
